With the development of the society, the application of the extended arm excavator is more and more widely. But sometimes, when we are in normal construction, the extended arm excavator suddenly turns off and can not be started, which will have a serious impact on our construction progress. Then someone asked, what is the reason for the flameout of the extended boom excavator? What to do?
1. If the diesel engine of the extended boom excavator enters into the air, it will cause the diesel engine pressure to be insufficient and the phenomenon of flameout will occur; if there is air leakage in the low-pressure oil circuit, it will also lead to the flameout of the extended boom excavator. Open the bleed screw on the diesel engine of the lengthening boom excavator, pump the oil continuously to remove the air in the diesel engine; check the air leakage point of the low-pressure oil circuit of the extended boom excavator, and take sealing treatment.
2. Check the working condition of the oil pump, which should be carried out when the diesel pipeline is unblocked and sealed without air. When checking, loosen the bleed screw on the fuel injection pump, and while pressing the diesel engine start button, check the oil flow at the bleed screw.
3. When the fuel injection pump of the diesel engine of the extended boom excavator works, the oil pressure of the low-pressure oil circuit is lower than the atmospheric pressure, so the phenomenon of oil supply failure of the excavator caused by the intake of the low-pressure oil circuit is relatively common. The solution is to find out the air intake place of the low-pressure oil circuit and take sealing measures.
After we find out the reason why the engine of the extended arm excavator may suddenly turn off, we have to take preventive measures to prevent it from suddenly not working and affecting our construction process. Of course, regular maintenance before and after use is an effective measure to prevent the equipment from failure.
